I’m Elley the heart behind Elleyvate & Align.

I’m not here to preach. I’m here to connect through movement, mindset, and the messy middle of healing.

I created this space for people like me: folks who’ve been through it, grew through it, and still want to dance, laugh, manifest, and glow through it.

I’ve walked through trauma, self-doubt, and survival mode.
I’ve also built a life that feels like freedom one soul reset, dance break, and affirmation at a time.
